We don’t accept returns of products, product exchanges, or refunds. However, if your order was damaged in transit, or you’ve received the wrong Hint Water order, please reach out to our customer service team. We will either send you a replacement or offer you an equal exchange credit at drinkhint.com. If there is a quality issue with your Hint Water, please contact our customer service team with the code and “best by” date printed on the neck of the bottle so we can trace the specific batch of Hint Water you received. These inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis.
